1/4 cup coconut aminos
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon agave

1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

3. Prepare marinade by placing the remaining ingredients into a small bowl and whisk them together.
4. Brush marinade on to the cauliflower and bake in the oven for 10 minutes on a baking dish prepared with cooking spray or olive oil. Keep remaining marinade for later use.
5. After baking the cauliflower, remove it from oven and heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil on a large sauté pan on medium-high heat.
5. Pan fry the cauliflower for approximately 1 minute on each side brushing the remaining marinade on the cauliflower as it cooks.
6. Remove the cauliflower from heat, allow it to cool and enjoy!

Overview:
Cauliflower steak is extremely easy to make and an impressive dish to wow family and friends. My preferred neutral oils to use are canola or grapeseed. I put my cauliflower steak over my creamy mashed potatoes made with cashew yogurt and vegan butter. I topped my steak with a mushroom gravy. Tell me how you will personalize your steak!
